We aim to process orders within 1 - 3 working days.

All shipping times may vary during peak periods. 

UNITED KINGDOM:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1 - 2 working days) - £5.00

Free on orders over £50 (select the Free Shipping option on checkout).

EUROPE:

DHL (3-5 working days) - £15.00

REST OF WORLD:

DHL (5-7 working days) - £20.00

During peak holiday season we may also use Royal Mail International tracked. (5-7 working days) - £20.00

 

IMPORT CHARGES:

Please note that customers are responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.

 

RETURN POLICY:

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your items you have 14 days to return your order for an exchange or a refund.

All returned items must be in new unworn and unwashed condition complete with tags and original packaging if applicable.

Returns are sent back at your own cost. We advise that items are sent back using a tracked service and are securely packaged to avoid being damaged/lost in transit.

Please allow 14 working days for refund to be processed. Your return shipping costs will not be refunded.

*Please note we are unable to provide returns or exchanges on international orders unless the products are faulty or in error.

*Any items purchased in a sale are non refundable and non exchangeable. All sales are final.
